Entered through an open gate as did all other cars. Due to rain turned around in parking lot. Gate would not open for us cars, and help button went to voicemail. Was forced to pay $15 “lost ticket fee” to leave. Completely unfair! I would recommend forcing gate open - it is illegal to detain people!
