Staff friendly and attentive and professional
This trash ATM "retained" $1,800 dollars today!! I am livid!! We had to cancel our trip due to this bs!! We were told it could take 10 days or the next business day! Tomorrow is the 4th of July so looks like Monday?? I will continue to tell everyone I know not to bank here. I've been with Rally 14 years and NEVER had this happen before! This bank is joke! ATM machines hardly work and when they do they took my hard earned money without showing what it took on the receipt!! Do not bank here!!
Great bank never had any issues, but do not ever try to get lobby service if do have at least an hour, and heaven help you if you in on your lunch break.Doesn’t matter if it’s a random Thursday or Saturday, always the same , make you guest wait as long as you possibly can. Worst part is this is done to mask, crap service in the name of good service. I do not want a friend , I want someone who is going to get me in and out as quickly as possible.
