Do not bank here Not only is it the worst service I have ever received in my life. It is the most scamming credit union ever. Multiple times I’ve had holds on investment checks for absolutely no reason and RBFCU earns the interest on the money and the money has already been taken out of the other bank that issued the check. These are not personal checks. These are certified checks. Just wanted to give John at the Rigsby location a BIG SHOUT OUT!! I called to ask a couple of questions to hopefully expedite some processes for my small business. John was very knowledgeable very helpful and had great customer service skills. He walked me through each process and I could literally imagine the steps as he was telling them to me, because I have been using the app. He gave me suggestions that would also help me to be more efficient.
