Drove here from the Las Colinas area, and the ATM is not working. It's very frustrating when you are in a hurry and unable to go into the bank. Total waste of time, you would think that since there are few RBFCU locations in the Dallas area, they would try to keep up with their ATM. Very disappointing.
Terrible Experience. Started with Vanessa in one loan department, than got transferred last minute to Stephanie. Pretty much they said we are not going to help and goodluck. Tried talking to Manager and he/she never called back or was able to get a hold of. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
Great customer service every time,nice ,clean and friendly place.
They literally have no one that can put a vehicle loan together. Hours and hours of calls and still can’t get it done. Low interest and unimaginable frustration trying to do business with them. 2025.01.15: what a shock still no better. Sad when I consider the RaceTrac ATM more reliable. 2024.05.03: When is the ATM going to work again. Seems like it’s been down for 4 months. I should be able to pull cash outside of the banks 9-5.
