Beware, if you deposit a check in your account from your mortgage company to pay for storm damage, They will likely not only hold the check but freeze, but lock you out of online access, freeze your debit card and all existing fu is in your account. Oh, they will not tell you that either so when you go to use the card at a restraunt, you get the added fun of being embarrassed when you can not only not access the funds that were already in there but you cannot access your account. Everyone at this location are absolutely wonderful. They enthusiastically great you when you walk in the door, are knowledgeable about all aspects of banking and are a joy to see when I go in. They remember your name and engage with you. That’s why I love this location and am confident with RBFCU.
