I experienced credit card fraud and reported it 5/27/25. Spent and hour on the phone going over the charges one by one. I had no other communication or follow up concerning the investigation. I called again and was told a letter had just been mailed 6/20/25 stating "under investigation." Received the letter called the fraud department and was told the individual charges originally reported on 5/27/25 were lost in communication so the case was on hold. Beware! The ATM ripped me off and had to go through dispute that will take weeks to get my money back. Tried to withdraw $100 but cash slot opened but didn't dispense money. Tried to reach in to pull it out but only got $20. Wife went inside bank and they told us we would just need to come in with ID and card. We go inside and tell us they won't do anything for us and we need to take it up with our bank. Son's birthday ruined. Beware! Don't trust them! #fraud #ripoff #atm #dontcare

This is easily the best RBFCU location. The bank managers and staff are extremely nice and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants incredible customer service with zero hassle.

I no longer use this bank since they put restrictions on my accounts for 7-day holds on all checks. Also, they promote diversity, equity, and inclusion and other woke agendas.
