I love this credit union. Everyone is friendly all the time and they are very efficient. I highly recommend them.
Their ATM has been broken so much and long. It's sad. all the money they make and can't fix it. Now closed on a Monday, some of us have to run business and do not get drunk and need the whole next day off. Just sad. I have 2 business accounts here. I think it's time to find a NEW Bank.
On October 14th, I put in a request to get a new bank card issued as mine was cracked, and basically falling apart. The bank cards don't last like they used to. After waiting 2 weeks, my card still hasn't shown up, I decided to stop by the branch in Gonzales, Texas to inquire about it. The teller I spoke with was Seth, and I explained to him that my card has not shown up, and its been 2 weeks.
