As a self employed contractor, and receiving 5 checks that cleared with in 24 hours after deposit, for services rendered this year, the fraud department questions me about what kind of work I did for the company, like I gave them a fake check. Then I asked why it was put on a 7 day hold, they said that there was a lack of history and it was probably defferent account numbers, which it wasent, and they couldn't tell me why no one at the bank called Bank of America to clarify that the check was valid. ATM at this place between 4:43pm-4:49pm didn’t register me depositing 800$ ! System froze and didn’t print a receipt plus wasn’t in my bank account, so now I have to go in tomorrow to fix this ! Have me on camera depositing cash plus yall will have an extra 800$ in cash in that ATM ! Won’t take this down until I get it back !
You know, you show up to a place thinking they can help in person, but nope. In the month and a half I've had my account with RBFCU, it's already been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Holding my checks for an absurd amount of time over some BS arbitrary nonsense. Locking my card over some normal purchases because they thought it was "fraud". Absolute trash service and operations.
Very helpful staff. Can usually get in and out quickly either drive up or inside
