I’ve had an account with RBFCU for a while but honestly haven’t used it much due to a past bad experience at another branch. Today completely changed my perspective. My wife and I stopped by the Frisco branch just asking for a few rolls of coins. The teller initially let us know they didn’t have any available. As we were about to walk out, a gentleman stepped out of his office and let us know he could order whatever coins we needed. We later found out he was the branch manager, Adam.
