Sadly been with them for 15 years or longer and will be leaving them. They are a dirty bank for sure. They will long your money hostage. Didn’t realize one of my account was overdrawn for 30+ days and instead of letting me take care of it. The cut access to my other accounts debit cards so I couldn’t use it in time of real emergency. The dirtiest thing I’ve ever seen a bank do and I will longer do business with them. Navy Federal is where it’s at.
I just became a member and made a new buisness account. I came inside to deposit a check and my teller name with Niki . Since the start can just tell she wasn't in a good mood . She advised me that I needed to take back my check to who ever account this belongs too and they tell you what's wrong because she Niki can't tell me . I didn't know how to respond .
