They definitely know how to waste your time. Was approved for a card then it comes back as a fraud alert. Idiots blocked my account for fraud they created. Worst bank.
Not a good bank for ATV loans or builders loans. I don’t like Rally but they got the deal done.
Walked in and was greeted by a friendly front desk woman ( I apologize I forgot her name). She made the experience comfortable! There was a wait but while waiting I was offered water and again friendly staff. My refinance went smoothly and the goodbye was as friendly as the hello ! That front desk lady made a world of difference. I always appreciate the friendly vibe! Worth my hour and a half drive!
