The staff is excellent. They assisted me in a number of transactions.

Could not access my 1099-DIV tax form on 1/31 and went to branch. Made excuses that they’re upgrading their systems and I explained this has happened the last two years. I ask for the branch manager who was polite, but couldn’t provide me with the statement to file taxes. I mentioned this is required by 1/31 and said need to wait till 11:59pm. My partner was able to print his 4 days ago. I’m a small fish but shopping for new bank.
Disappointing Experience for a Long-Time Customer I’ve been doing business with this bank for years, but I’m seriously considering leaving after my recent experience. I run a plumbing company and deposit large checks frequently. Recently, they told me they would be holding a small check until they “confirm” it cleared my customer’s account. Every time I try to login to my account, I can never get in it. It’s a freaking circus trying to get things done. I wish you guys to get your act together or I’m changing banks. Plus when I try to get into it you end up locking me out because I have to keep trying to get in. I’m getting to where I hate this bank.
