I’ve been a loyal RBFCU member for over 12 years and have always appreciated their service — until today. I went in to deposit my rolled coins, only to be told they no longer accept them and that I’d have to use the coin machine in the lobby, which even charges a fee for members. I was very disappointed. After years of dependable banking and good experiences, I expected better customer service and consideration for long-time members. Slowest drive thru ever!!!!
Its been over two weeks the Atm machines have not been working definitely an inconvenience at the citybase location.
Occasionally I will stop by this branch to deposit or withdraw money. And when I do, theATM machine is never working.
If their ATMs were reliable they will be five stars. They do have lowest interest rates on loans. Again and again ATM's unreliable, for this I dropped the rating to 1 star.
