Slowest drive thru ever!!!!
Its been over two weeks the Atm machines have not been working definitely an inconvenience at the citybase location.
Occasionally I will stop by this branch to deposit or withdraw money. And when I do, theATM machine is never working.
If their ATMs were reliable they will be five stars. They do have lowest interest rates on loans. Again and again ATM's unreliable, for this I dropped the rating to 1 star.
Poor customer service in the drive thru, teller was disrespectful, kept interrupting me when I was complaining about how long the service took. She didn’t apologize for her attitude and kept making poor excuses. At the end she only thanked my husband for his service but didn’t thanked me, I think as a member I deserve a better service.
