I had a $30.90 charge on my credit card. I never received any product. RBFCU denied my claim. I never got my money back. $30.90? That one mistake will now cost RBFCU thousands of dollars. Watch as all my accounts flow back over to USAA. They know how to take care of their own. Bye.

This use to be my go to place to bank , but now that the staff is different I am noticing that there is a Caucasian young lady first or second window inside and Everytime I come in and just to get cash she always tries to hold my money until I sign a paper or fill out a form even when I express that I don't have time and it's not a process that has anything to do with me getting cash out.
