Always an issue with the atms. Every single time at this location. How do you upgrade the atms & they are worse than before? Im switching to Chase.
As a self employed contractor, and receiving 5 checks that cleared with in 24 hours after deposit, for services rendered this year, the fraud department questions me about what kind of work I did for the company, like I gave them a fake check. Then I asked why it was put on a 7 day hold, they said that there was a lack of history and it was probably defferent account numbers, which it wasent, and they couldn't tell me why no one at the bank called Bank of America to clarify that the check was valid. Selling our info to shady companies like "American Home Protect" who practice deceptive marketing and have horrible reviews was a bad move, y'all. I love RBFCU but this kind of thing has to stop. I'll update my rating when you guys address this issue and acknowledge it was a mistake and commit to not doing it again. Do better!! :-)
