Extremely difficult to get loan from these people my advice avoid the hard inquiry on your credit and go somewhere else
Fraud department is rude and unprofessional
After a lengthy wait at a branch to apply for a Vehicle Vantage loan I was approved with a monthly payment and an APR. A few weeks later I called to complete the loan with a VIN for the vehicle I was looking at buying. The guy on the phone told me after another lengthy wait that it was a dealership that "didn't qualify for Vehicle Vantage" I asked what I should do since I had already test driven and started paperwork. RUN THE OTHER WAY!! DO NOT THINK TWICE about making them your credit union. RBFCU stands for REALLY BAD FOR CUSTOMERS!! You can be with this company for 30 years and if you start having financial issues they treat you like trash. If your credit ends up falling while you are with them, they will not help you no matter how much money you put into their bank. They will forever hold you down and hurt your credit instead of helping you out of financial troubles. I regret signing up with them!! I will be getting a new credit union... read more
While there are some things that I wish RBFCU would improve on, I'm so happy to give this five star review today. RBFCU fixed an error concerning my dear late mother. It resulted in my mother getting her named cleared of trouble, and her money returned to her husband as it should be. Thank God, and thank you RBFCU.
