As a self employed contractor, and receiving 5 checks that cleared with in 24 hours after deposit, for services rendered this year, the fraud department questions me about what kind of work I did for the company, like I gave them a fake check. Don’t go to this bank EVER! I tried to withdraw over a hundred dollars out of my account (from a different bank) but their atm machine crashed and restarted without giving me my money and they even charged me. The employees there are no help either they’re all a joke getting paid to sit all day.
I have been a member for 40 years and have financed my house and multiple cars through RBFCU. I have multiple accounts and investments with them. It is very unfortunate what this financial institute has turned into. I contacted them to dispute a fraud charge of $600. They gave me a temporary provisional credit just to pull it back out without any warning. When I called them to get an explanation, I got limited empathy and support. RBFCU used to be an institution that focused on quality as well as member services. Sadly I have watched, and experienced over the past 5-10 years a continual decline in the quality of services. One of their latest changes is to take away the integration ability of financial accounting software. Quicken, QuickBooks, and others today I just had a phone call with RBFCU that blew my mind.
