Let me start this with saying, I like Mary Jo. I don't like the phone call I just had with her, but at the end of the day, I respect her no nonsense attitude. As a business owner, I understand we all have tough clients, deadlines, work and life events that we cannot control. Seriously Mary Jo, I get it! I’ve been going here for my taxes since 2019. I see Ben and he is very quick to get my taxes done. When I had to do an amendment, after I got another form, he worked diligently to get it taken care of. I highly recommend him for all your tax needs!

I know it’s COVID times but services have definitely dropped off. Poor communication, missed deadlines, didn’t show up for an appointment, tells you want you want to hear then doesn’t deliver. Hope things turn around but I have to move on. Update: The original owner is back and service is likely the same as it was for years.
