This is a good office but with some very, very bad apples. Russell Mansfield is a great financial advisor, but he doesn't have a good supporting staff around him especially when it comes to his commodities division. Doug Etheridge is an individual who only cares about himself and his own benefit when it comes to his client relationships. You could be hedged improperly as a producer or lose your shirt as a speculator and he'll turn a blind eye. Put simply, he doesn't have your best interests.
