Worst rbc branch,no tellers in the branch and long wait times so do not go there without an appointment
I have never felt comfortable visiting a bank and talking to anyone about anything on my account. I’ve been trying to manage it myself because of that but it came to a point where I decided to visit the Seton branch and ask for the advice I need. Kristen was very helpful, understanding and kind about the entire process and I felt zero judgement and even felt more inclined to actually show up.
Went right in the morning, no wait time. Geri was able to solve my issue efficiently and professionally. Thank you!
The RBC Meeting Place is a failed experiment. Nobody wants a branch that can't help you with 90% of the services you need. Time to shut this place down and build a real branch.
Disheartening experience with this bank, most of the staff was great but one was rude and inappropriate. Go to a different RBC.
