i don’t even know where did they hire these tellers( the black and asian ladies), literally could not be able to do a refund, we stood there waiting for an hour. Went back to rbc mahogany and it was done in a minute.

This branch is terrible! Geri was the teller at 1 PM. I needed to withdraw cash from my account, but because I had withdrawn $5,000 the day before, she refused to let me withdraw again, claiming it could be fraud—even after I showed her my driver’s license.
