Very disappointing experience dealing with Francis Onwughalu at RBC. Communication was poor, and there was a clear lack of follow-through or helpful support. Overall, it felt unprofessional and not up to the standard expected from a bank representative. I would not recommend working with him based on my experience.

She interrupted a productive conversation I was having with one of her colleagues and handled the situation with a poor attitude. Her approach showed a lack of self-control, professionalism, and basic respect toward customers.
