I have been a loyal customer for 11 years. Always issues and mess ups with literally every service. Finally have changed the bank, and it's one of the best things happened to me. Do not recommend either branch or RBC in general. Any bank would be better.
I've been going to this branch regularly for 2 years, by far the best customer service of any branch I went to. Service is truly a1, they take the time to answer your questions and you don't wait long before meeting someone. have always been welcomed extremely well with my dog, they even have water bowls during the hot summer and give treats. Best RBC branch!

Je me suis rendue au centre de services de Griffintown pour ouvrir un compte. L'anglophone qui ma répondu parlait un français qui ressemblait à de l'anglo-normand. Je ne comprenais que la moitié de ce qu'il disait et tout ce que j'en ai retenu c'est qu'il ne donnait aucun service. Finalement, je n'ai pas ouvert de compte. Évidemment.
