Came in to fix my account after getting the run around from other tellers and phone agents. I’ve had issues with my account. They asked “… if I even wanted to open up a new account?” Well yeah that’s why I’m here… they weren’t able to help, okay. But when I go to leave and say thanks they completely ignored me. No customer service training? I have a hard time believing this was even my experience in a bank.
Ray was super helpful had me in and out super quick and answered all my questions. First time I've had a good experience at any bank .
Before when they jusr opened all the staff were very friendy.. Greets you with a smile all the time... But from the past 2 years I've been going there.. Everything is changing slowy, no more greetings, no smile.customee service is very poor. Went there last week to deposit a cheque, as I was standing, there's one lady (can't remennr thr name but blonde hair, skinny) sitting and just told me, "I'll help you here".. Good customer service and support
Went into this branch to get help with moving a larger sum of money since online limits were so low. The female worker had a lot of unnecessary attitude, spoke to me like I had the banking knowledge of a toddler, and proceeded to say “good” when I told her I’d move to a different institution because of how challenging this one makes it to do anything. Oh and also gave me incorrect information - fact checked her online afterwards.
