I had a issue with my account and the woman that helped me knew nothing of the sort ....I went To a Teller in Northgate RBC all fixed all questions answered. Thanks but no thanks!!

The woman who "helped" me here was an absolutely miserable excuse for a customer service agent. I went in trying to get my debit card sorted out after my credit card was disabled due to fraudulent activity, and she couldn't have been less interested in helping me if she tried. She was snippy and rude too.
