Unfortunately I was wrong choosing this as my home branch. It's a total mess in there. If you're booking an appointment or have questions, I'd suggest going to a different location. I had an in-person appointment, I got there to realize the advisor (Neda Lotfizadeh) was not available for the day without any cancellation or heads-up ahead of time. I asked for another advisor being available and the staff treated me like I was the problem. Don't step in this location to save your time and mental health.
Today lunch time, I went to the bank with my spouse for a transfer transaction. A blonde man assisted us, and he was very rude — no smile at all. People working in much tougher jobs show more smiles and tolerance. He really needs to improve his attitude. It was really unpleasant.

Always so slow!!! This was my Branch for years before I switch to BMO a block away. Half the wait times is a conservative estimate.
