When to the branch today and found the teller very cold and rude! Will not be going to this branch anymore!
This Clayton Heights “Meeting Place” is a waste of time. I have to lineup for up 45 minutes at the WillowBrook RBC because the Clayton Branch isn’t a real bank. You might as well close it down.. it was an awful idea. People in Clayton Heights need an actual Bank.

Efficient banking, but a branding disaster. The space feels like a dirty cafeteria from my old school. The person in charge was just sitting there, eating a sandwich and browsing the internet the whole time. No greetings, just cold, soulless responses. Forget about spending millions on marketing—one single interaction killed all your branding efforts.
Really bad experience. Staff is not helpful.
