The staff are unfriendly and irresponsible. I was told to come in on the 5th business day to receive the annual loan statement, so I visited for the 4th times since then, but they are not prepared and are just passing the buck and making excuses. I need it to file my tax return in this year. I understood why that bank branch was so quiet.
Just went to the bank a lady Helen was on the counter to great clients, she was very rude and the service she provided was not showing any professionalism.
Poor customer service
One of the newly renovated branches, back to having tellers again, much more preferred. Doesn't have too much seating compared to the Willowbrook branch. Lots of parking, beside Tim Hortons. A few ATM machines plus the drive through, extra bonus for that on those late nites for safety plus rainy days, keep dry.
No atm besides a drive thru one! So frustrating. My husband had to stand there with a car on his heels to do his banking on a Sunday haha.
