Just went to the bank a lady Helen was on the counter to great clients, she was very rude and the service she provided was not showing any professionalism.
Poor customer service
One of the newly renovated branches, back to having tellers again, much more preferred. Doesn't have too much seating compared to the Willowbrook branch. Lots of parking, beside Tim Hortons. A few ATM machines plus the drive through, extra bonus for that on those late nites for safety plus rainy days, keep dry.
No atm besides a drive thru one! So frustrating. My husband had to stand there with a car on his heels to do his banking on a Sunday haha.
Visited the RBC branch today for Banking meeting with Mr. Naidu who is gem of a person and helped me out with my banking 5/5 for this guy(October 28th, 2025 around 9:45 AM) But I had a very disappointing experience with another staff member I politely asked one of the staff at the customer service desk where the washroom was, and another white lady HELEN is her name ( blonde hairs in her 50s ) who was also customer service representative who I wasn’t even speaking to suddenly interrupted and rudely said, “This is not the was... read more
