They workers are very rude and they talk with no respect excluded Chinese community other people don't have respect in this location that's bad
Probably the worst RBC you can fine, the employees are always on their personal phone and does everything to NOT help you lol RBC should just shut this branch down
I visited this branch today (APR 30 2025) la had only simple issue to my tax return payment, I see Tallers are seating play with phone finally someone came try help and he is not sure what can he do asking other person and they refused request they can't get payment, I don't know why they are in bank why this branch is open if they don't give service own clients l never see like bank before I am going to remove my account from RBC for sure
