Naomi Kusnandar the branch manager and Pallavi Sharma the bank advisor went out of their way to help me resolve my bank payment issues regarding my tuition. They followed up promptly regarding the urgent refund requests they had made for me and made me feel supported throughout the process. Naomi is exceptional. She took the extra effort to help me call Convera on my behalf and guided me towards resolving this issue step by step. This is by far the best banking experience I had at RBC.
Dont understand this place. Can't do normal RBC banking transactions as there is no tellers available.
Probably the worst RBC you can find, the employees are always on their personal phones and does everything to NOT help you lol RBC should just shut this branch down
Absolutely the laziest RBC employees that I've ever encountered. This year, I've had 2 issues with my RBC app and sought their assistance in resolving them. On both occasions, they've asked me to proceed directly to the No. 3 Road branch, explaining that it's a teller's function, not theirs, to address such issues. It took the tellers only less than 10 minutes per trip to resolve the issues. They workers are very rude and they talk with no respect excluded Chinese community other people don't have respect in this location that's bad
