Dont understand this place. Can't do normal RBC banking transactions as there is no tellers available.
Probably the worst RBC you can find, the employees are always on their personal phones and does everything to NOT help you lol RBC should just shut this branch down
Absolutely the laziest RBC employees that I've ever encountered. This year, I've had 2 issues with my RBC app and sought their assistance in resolving them. On both occasions, they've asked me to proceed directly to the No. 3 Road branch, explaining that it's a teller's function, not theirs, to address such issues. It took the tellers only less than 10 minutes per trip to resolve the issues.
