I was here today, Fred Wang helped me a lot. He was very professional and patient, and he created a great experience for me.
I came into this RBC to close an account, thinking it would be a simple process. Instead, I had Harrison sit there and make the most out of pocket judgemental faces while looking at my bank account. It was hilarious because he wasn’t even trying to be respectful or hide it. He spoke in fragments and I think he was intentionally trying to make me feel incompetent. I hate to leave poor reviews but this was such a strange experience. I try to avoid going here as much as possible now!!

They DO NOT keep cash at this location. You can still deposit thru the ATM, but if you have a slight fold or wrinkle in your notes the ATM may not accept it. Staff cannot help deposit I was asked to go to a different bank to get the bill exchanged so I can come back and complete my deposit.
