Had a good experience at this RBC Royal Bank meeting place. The environment was professional, clean, and welcoming, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout the visit. The process was smooth overall, and the team took the time to answer questions clearly and respectfully. A positive and comfortable experience overall.

No idea if this is supposed to be a bank or an RBC employee hangout spot. Save your time and go to a different branch.

I had a pleasant experience here, in fact twice. Chang is knowledgeable and she showed me everything I needed to know. To all the disappointed clients, this isn't your typical branch. They don't provide day-to-day banking, no tellers just ATM for cash. If I were RBC I would consider turning part of it as cafe/work space. You can rent out the rooms for private meetings by the hour. Capital One is doing that in the US and it's a brilliant idea.

Naomi Kusnandar the branch manager and Pallavi Sharma the bank advisor went out of their way to help me resolve my bank payment issues regarding my tuition. They followed up promptly regarding the urgent refund requests they had made for me and made me feel supported throughout the process. Naomi is exceptional. She took the extra effort to help me call Convera on my behalf and guided me towards resolving this issue step by step. This is by far the best banking experience I had at RBC.
