I visited RBC without an appointment for a small banking matter. The advisor, Ms. Sanaz Hariri, kindly took the time to review my account and noticed that I was not fully aware of some important details. She clearly explained my options and guided me toward better solutions. Despite not having an appointment, she spent over an hour and a half assisting me and helped me reduce some of my fees. I truly appreciate her professionalism, patience, and support, and I highly recommend her.

Terrible service, advisors here only care about their own benefits. I opened RBC account here for the recent iPad offer. The advisor didn’t know much about the terms and opened an investment account for me that I don’t need. I read the terms after back to home and realized this. You enter the branch not knowing who to speak to,nobody bothers to help. Then when you actually wait the machine is not working. Very disappointed at the level of service!
