I wanted to stay just 5min inside a bit because is too hot outside and the lady , if you can call her like that, told me I can not stay unless I hape an appointment. She told me to leave although I did not feel well , just wanted to sit 5min. She did not even offer a glass of water. What type of peraon says that and acts like this? Or she feels too important. Like she has lineup for appointments and I am in the way. Shame on her! Btw I am your ex customer after today

"My visit to the bank was very pleasant. While Janika Bounma was helpful and kind, I especially want to thank her supervisor, Shorouq Alkayyali, who speaks Arabic. Since I speak Arabic, her ability to communicate in my language made everything much easier to understand. She patiently explained everything and answered all my questions. Even though the bank is a bit far, I will gladly return whenever I need assistance. It was a wonderful experience meeting them both🤍
