This is by far the worst branch of the several branches I've visited. Customer service is terrible, common sense does not exist, and there is no care in the world for anyone walking into this branch. Not sure if the blame comes from extremely poor training, poor hiring, or if it comes from the top. I waited 10 days (and still) for unauthorized withdrawals to be credited back to me.
