This is by far the worst branch of the several branches I've visited. Customer service is terrible, common sense does not exist, and there is no care in the world for anyone walking into this branch. Not sure if the blame comes from extremely poor training, poor hiring, or if it comes from the top. I waited 10 days (and still) for unauthorized withdrawals to be credited back to me. Worst branch. Takes a lotttttttt of time for nothing. Not at all professional in prioritizing clients for the value of time. Took them 45 MINS to just activate a debit card.
The branch is welcoming, I'll give them that but won't help you. I had a simple query and the manager was very nice to help out and recommend a financial advisor who is never available. Neither does she respond after the initial email nor is she ever available in person. When I went to ask help from a different employee, he mentioned that the advisor already has my file and she'll respond but it's been very long since. I supposed to have appt with Laveena Lalwani on Friday last week but we canceled it as she said she will consult with the auto team first and then call me back Monday. Waited her call Monday morning to afternoon, there was nothing so I tried to call her but no answer so I left a voicemail. No callback at all! I called her again today(Thursday) and no answer so I left a voicemail. Unfortunately no callback for the second time!! I am very disappointed! Why do you ignore your RBC client?
