Very low and poor services. The agent there are very low key and they do not have the ability to provide a minimal service. Shame on this bank
I am extremely disappointed with the service at this branch. I visited in person to handle a request and was told it would be taken care of within a few days. However, nothing has been done, and there has been zero follow-through. It seems they don't take their commitments seriously or simply don't do their jobs properly. Very frustrating experience
Every experience here can be described as either lazy and incompetent.
