Excellent service by jina
Being a small business owner I seldomly leave 1 star reviews. But this RBC branch is horrible. Number one, its not a regular banking branch, its like a place they put the upper managements kids who have no clue what they are doing. On 2 different occasions they wasted hours of my time. 1. I needed a small unsecured line of credit. Definitely the absolute worst banking branch i have literally ever been to in my life. I've had to go into to the branch 3 times over the last couple years. All three times I got denied access to my own accounts and sent away with no service only to go to a branch a short distance away to complete my banking (literally all 3 times).....that this branch never can. They should all be fired and the branch closed down!
I had a great experience with RBC bank. A big thank to ( Jina )for her outstanding help she was patient, knowledgeable, and made the process smooth and easy. I highly recommend this bank for their excellent customer service!
I’ve had a frustrating experience with this branch and it looks like I’m not the only one... My account manager has never responded to me once, and the only reason I need to reach him is because he did not do the job he was supposed to do since July. To top it off, I’ve been without a business Visa card for four weeks now. The delays have been incredibly inconvenient and disappointing. I expected better customer service for a business account
