This is completely unacceptable! You cannot speak with a person when calling this branch. I am told to figure it out myself online for whatever question I have. I have been with Royal Bank for 38 years. I think i will be moving all my investments and business accounts with another bank. No Cash at BANK??? No help at a BANK!!! But keep on taking our money and keep making your Billions of profits. DISGUSTING!!!
i recently had an experience with royal bank , i had an account with them since 1973, and now i am looking for a new bank to move my investments, bank accounts, credit line, visa, . I came away and felt insulted after talking to 4 rbc employees and being told to make an appointment.. which i did . total waste of time

The worst Customer Service in my life in a bank, the girl did not want to help me open an account for my ID even though I had one and then I went to CRBC and they were very nice and helped me with everything
