No longer a bank. No tellers. Focused on serving only 1 very niche type of clientele. Good thing BMO has opened a branch in RSS now.
This RBC is conveniently located close to my house. I don't have to visit too often because most of of my transactions are done online.
I had an excellent experience at RBC thanks to Ellie. She is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cares about helping her clients. She took the time to explain every detail clearly, answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Her professionalism, knowledge, and warm attitude truly stood out. It’s rare to meet someone who is both highly competent and so compassionate. Thank you, Ellie, for providing such outstanding customer service.
Hate that this is not a real location anymore. Waste of space
Great service. Ellie is amazing! It feels like family!
