Helpful staff I would like to mention one name Ruth (If i am not spelling it wrong) She is most humble and helpful employee i have ever seen in banking sector.I visited many branches,called many time to bank but nobody even listened me properly,she listened and tried so hard to solve my problem and she did. Thanks to her
I visited the bank to withdraw money. They informed me that they could assist me at the counter. I was puzzled why they would want to withdraw money through the counter when the ATM was working. Suddenly, they mentioned an option in the RBC app and instructed me to turn it on. They provided me with some information about it. Why are they forcing people to do this? It’s not fair!
Extremely slow service. The staff is either extremely unfriendly or outright rude. Horrible service – not a good bank to come to. Avoid at any cost. Aditya Naik is the worst manager I have ever dealt with, completely unhelpful and unprofessional.”
Requested a service in branch with another RBC division, was told it was done, but it was not done at all, almost resulted in severe consequences. Never did business with this branch, never will after this.
Don’t come here for a mortgage, they will say one thing and give you a totally different product and then tell you it cannot be change. Constant reminders of incorrect interest charges. Stay away from this disorganized branch that doesn’t correct mistakes.
