There’s definitely a strong reason why they have such a low rating. The staff is like Indian government office employees. They don’t really care about you. They want to do their job make their salary with minimum effort and go home. You can tell by their sense of entitlement and an arrogant demeanour. BMO is better and it’s in the same neighbourhood.

If only I could give a lower score. Booked an estates appointment through Ruth to discuss death of a family member. Didn’t offer any condolences, made booking an advisor appointment difficult due to communication style.
