4 days now trying to get status of transaction. Shivani Jogaskandan has not returned emails or phone calls since Monday. Yesterday, one of her colleagues told me that Shivani would call me back later in the day. Guess what no phone call. Highly advise to go to another branch. Update- just found out that Shivani J. started my transaction request 16 days after I submitted the required documents and now has been a month to get this transaction completed. Came in last minute to open up new services with my wife. Right away, Prianka Mazumdar was so friendly right from the beginning and helped us open a new account.
