Never had a problem with this brunch, using bank machines for deposits etc. And when my mortgage with RBC came up to renewal, I had to use an advisor's assistance because I wanted to pay a lump sum to shorten the mortgage term. I made an appointment with advisor Febin Lukose. Everything went kind of smooth but it was a little strange that any questions we asked the advisor addressed to somebody else on the phone. Homeless guy blocking the one of the ATMs (Sleeping with his many trash bags) inside. Line up to use the only other one. 2 oclock February 15, 2026. No cameras ? Real classy branch.
RBC head office needs to crack down on how this branch thinks it is acceptable to shutdown for lunch for 2 hours from noon to 2pm on Saturday Jan 17, 2026 without advising clients well in advance. Was going to open some more accounts but I will be thinking of closing instead
