Trash of a branch with ridiculous customer service.
Today (Apr 8th) I visited the branch to discuss an issue related to a third party cheque deposited into my account at font desk. Unfortunately, my experience with the teller was disappointing. I found the interaction to be lacking basic professionalism and customer service. The teller’s demeanor came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming. Never had a problem with this brunch, using bank machines for deposits etc. And when my mortgage with RBC came up to renewal, I had to use an advisor's assistance because I wanted to pay a lump sum to shorten the mortgage term. I made an appointment with advisor Febin Lukose. Everything went kind of smooth but it was a little strange that any questions we asked the advisor addressed to somebody else on the phone.
