Not a real bank? Not sure what new age type thing this is, but do not come here unless all you need is an ATM. No tellers, waited about 40m to simply speak to someone about an issue. Who had the idea to convert this location into a "virtual bank" with a physical location is horrible optics to me.
This location can’t even accept coins to put into your account? Just a bunch of empty tables and staff directing you to other branches. What a waste of space and time.
