I’m surprised to see such low reviews of this branch. I’ve always had such a good experience. The staff are friendly and available and have gone above and beyond to help me with my questions and requests. Yingying is also a wonderful financial advisor.
Sign of the times? Pathetic "branch" with staff, sorry, gatekeepers, more keen to tell you they cannot help you than actually making an effort to be of service. The big banks profits increase and yet...this is what we get in return. ATMs, self-service banking, and a requirement to own expensive technology to bank.
Weirdest banking experience. Zero privacy. Their manager kept talking over the employee who was doing the actual work. Left and went to an actual different bank across the street and was done opening an account in 15 minutes.
What a waste of time. Cannot even deposit cash.
Had a great experience at this RBC branch. Yuexi, Claire, and Zohra were all incredibly helpful in resolving an issue I ran into after the HSBC to RBC migration. They were patient, professional, and made the whole process smooth. Really appreciate their support!
