This is probably the most inefficient RBC branch in the city. It is an open concept w/out cashiers. I had to sit and wait for one person to tell me they could not help me, that I had to go to another branch. In the meantime, I had 4 other RBC employees tell me I had to wait for that one person to help me. None of them seemed to have been able to tell me to go somewhere else. Weird
The "meeting place" concept is simply lousy... we're told to sit, wait, and eventually have to go to the back room for them to process the transaction, or go into an office room for privacy. Everything takes more time and effort, and is less efficient. We now avoid coming to this location and have to drive farther to another location. PLEASE eliminate this "meeting place" concept and get back to efficient in-person banking.
If I could give no stars I would. So I opened an account went home to setup my online stuff, when I was to receive verification code I noticed the number on file isn’t even close to mine, the incompetence is overwhelming at this location.
