RBC rep that helped me today was exceptional. She knew the answers to all my questions, and walked me to ATM and assisted with navigating the difference accounts I made changes to or setup. Best bank experience I have had in a long time. Yes the open concept layout might be a little uncomfortable if bank is busy though. Terrible experience ever from bank service in my life! Clark does not know what they are doing. They get paid without any bank knowledge. I spend 40more minutes in the branch without help out. Management corrupt! Definitely don’t go! Bad RBC! Better find business anyone else. This is don’t go!
What a weird branch. Open concept, everyone hears everything, no privacy whatsoever. Waiting to be helped takes a while here, too. Appointments encouraged given that walk-ins are extremely slow.
Not a bank. Maybe take down the big giant sign that says otherwise on the front of the building.
