service has gone down hill at RBC!!! Have to make appointment for the simplest things there!!!
The absolute worst bank I have ever had to deal with this and that's saying something.
Had nothing but issues since I opened an account. I spend more time going to the branch then I do anywhere else. Bad customer service, the banking app is terrible.
