Excellent customer service, had an issue with my account that no other bank would help me with and they had it fixed withing 45minutes. Super appreciated.
Terrible service... unprofessional bank manager will not return phone calls ...you cannot reach anyone at the branch I tried for 2 days and so did the call center...do not do business with this branch ..
Banking can be so stressful. Cusomter service at RBC blows the competition out of the water, and it makes all the difference. Also, free immediate etransfers and an easily accessible app are like the cherry on top. I know I may sound like a paid reviewer, but I am not. I'm just very happy with the service I receive after dealing with horrible employee interactions across the street at the competition.
