Now I see why the ratings are low. When you go there to line, wait because it busy. After telling your side, SHE looks at your ID and then HER computer and be told "OK it's all good and you can access your account" to later on find out after waiting 30 minutes on the phone that nothing was done. Yes your branch is bad.
I went to this RBC location earlier today to cash in my cheque. I don’t know the name of the employee as they don’t have any name badge, but he was the only man in the counter. He was attempting to process the cheque for me, But made it the most difficult and time-consuming experience ever. He keeps insisting that he is unable to cash the cheque because it needs to be deposited into a chequing account.
