Hire more PEOPLE. There no reason for a double digit lineup in the middle of the day, specially when half your customers are seniors and standing is an issue.

I had an issue two years ago that required a long waiting time for a call, but the team from this department contacted directly instead of me and solved the problem. Now, after two years, my experience with them has been absolutely excellent. They are organized, understanding, and always handle things in a very professional and respectful way.
