First time at this branch. Terrible experience. 20 people in line. Waiting 45-60 minutes for service. They are clueless on how to service their customers. Stay far away from this branch
I went to cash a check in person, but because the staff failed to review it properly, my funds are now on hold due to their mistake. Instead of taking accountability, they tried to shift the blame onto me and had the audacity to make intrusive, unprofessional comments about my finances. Staff members actually told me, 'You owe on your card anyway, so it's all going to go there,' and told me to 'spend less and adjust to what you have.'
