Very disappointed with the branch manager at this location. She was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive during my visit. As an RBC client, I expect to be treated with respect, but unfortunately that was not the case here.
Absolutely incompetent staff I have ever seen, talked to a Manager? Every excuse in the world why his staff were incompetent. I went back 4 times to this bank for the same thing and it is still wrong
Do yourself a huge favour and switch banks. RBC is a joke.
I’ve been getting the runaround from different branches regarding my situation. I had a meeting with Erik and he was very condescending and speaks very loud. He is unprofessional and doesn’t take customer service into consideration. I wouldn’t come back to this branch.
This is the absolute worst bank to deal with. The customer service is crap they treat you like you are nothing. They can’t count change and fight you on your numbers if you try to correct them and count the money to help. This place should be shut down as it’s not even worth -10000 zeros.
