Great small town bank and friendly atmosphere. Have been a client for 30 years or so and would be hard pressed to find a memory of a bad experience here.
We were looking to build a home and RBC was the only bank that made our building process possible Steve Gray was amazing to work with! He was never judgmental like a few banks we went into and he knew what he was doing and made everything possible and EASY. We loved our service so much we decided to switch our bank over from BMO and we have no regrets. I went to the RBC-Dutton hoping to exchange some US money for Canadnian. I am from the US,, and not a RBC customer, however I was treated with such friendly professionalism that I might consider moving to Dutton just to become a customer. Terrific employees!
