I had an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE opening my business account at RBC with Jadie H. and Liping (Daisy) W. Very shit customer service:( especially from the teller Edowson Enns. Not sincere smile. Looking at you he wishes he kick you out. Just opened an account I will definitely close it due to this horrible customer service.
Used to be a good branch now it’s staffed by a bunch of people requiring constant manager support. Wait times and lines are extremely long. All the staff are mutual fund sales people hiding in their offices as line ups go out the door. 2 stars as the hours are decent. Presently in line watching 5 staff helping 2 people. Wish I was kidding.
