Very unprofessional service. I deposited a payroll cheque, and it was unnecessarily placed on hold even after I explained that my payroll deposits have never been held before. The employee wasn't willing to listen and even promised that some funds would be released immediately, but nothing was released. This left us stuck and without access to our money. Extremely disappointing experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Enjoy coming to this particular branch for teller service. It is generally quieter than the Millwoods branch is - much quieter. I am normally in and out very quickly. I have never had any problems with my questions. Overall a great experience.
I was going to open a business account. My appointment with sadaf john . She was very rude and treated me like a fool. Give me shit examples for credit limit. Never recommend sadaf john.
My wife and I has repeatedly emailed management with one very clear instruction: DO NOT reinvest our money. Despite countless emails and attempts to correct the issue, management continued doing it anyway. At some point this stops being a misunderstanding and starts looking like complete incompetence and disregard for clients. Communication from management has been terrible.
