Lobby locked on a weekend for ATM use. I came here on foot and am not going to use driver through ATM with 5 cars lined up and put myself in danger of being hit by a car. Service keep getting worse and worse at RBC.
Visited there to deposit a check but there I met a very unprofessional lady Sneha, very Rude very unprofessional lady, I’ve never seen such type of unprofessional person in Banking industry.
I can't speak much on this branch as I often do my banking online, although I have been chatting with Noah as my advisor for a few years now who I met at the 130th branch. As a young woman who knew nothing of money/investments a few years ago, and was very intimidated by money - I feel so much more comfortable and confident with my banking and financial future.
