I had the great pleasant time with the one older Chinese teller that adamantly told me she would not accept a cheque made out to my maiden name as I recently got married and change my last name. Called customer service later on that afternoon that stated they knew exactly the date and time that the changes were made. Deposited my cheque via mobile app and not a single problem.
