I dont like using the app, and would much prefer to deal in person. I show up in person, and RBC insists I use the app. Friendly enough, but sad to see forced online use. Update - 1 star. They gave my banking information to a 3rd party company that scammed me.
Very disappointing experience dealing with Francis Onwughalu at RBC. Communication was poor, and there was a clear lack of follow-through or helpful support. Overall, it felt unprofessional and not up to the standard expected from a bank representative. I would not recommend working with him based on my experience.
