Slowest branch I have ever been too. The line was packed and only two people working at the slowest pace humanly possible, pretty ridiculous.
I waited in line near the entrance but the line moved pretty quickly, the service was pleasant and friendly
I was with Scotia Bank once, I had the worst experience. I would choose that over RBC Automated system and branch locations
Service is still terrible! Never have enough tellers on.
The Manager and the teller @ 130th Ave SE location handled my situation very poorly to the point of coming here is traumatizing for me. The manager ddnt have the courtesy to speak with me in person so I could explained on what had happened. I am with RBC for over 7+years now. I fully paid my car loan with them for $$53,000 + interest and yet they look down on me like they don’t care.
