I went to see Michael today to open my accounts with RBC. He was very helpful and informative on all of the products RBC offers. I was able to get help with everything I needed and have online access to start using my accounts right away! Highly recommend him as an advisor for all of your needs.
I visited there today and I had great experience with Michael, He helped me open acciunts and get credit card as well. He was very polite and informative
Worst experience. They treat their own customers like strangers. I had applied through this branch to have my information sent to TransUnion, but months passed and nothing was sent. I only found out after TransUnion called me directly. Because of this delay, my credit score still hasn’t shown up and I’m stuck not knowing where I stand. I would not recommend this specific branch for any banking services. Very disappointed.
