They are very bad at dealing with people. It's very bad.
I love this bank.It’s behind my house and easy to use.Stuff are always friendly and helpful.But just for my opinion it’s bad when you can’t use a ATM machine inside at evening and morning times.Sometimes drive true atm close or doesn’t work and I need go to an other bank..I understand there is a lot of homeless who looking to sleep inside at night time but can you please decide something?Or fix your drive true machine or give us to go inside in the morning please.
The line was unreasonably long to begin with, but I had important business so I stayed. After 10 minutes, the line hadn’t moved a single customer forward. Yeah, yeah, I know: “The customers at the front of the line could have been terrible.” All 3 of them just at the exactly the same time I walked in? Nah. The line’s that long for a reason.
SLOWEST BANK. SLOWEST STAFF. Where is the management from all of that? You wait 1 hour with 2 people ahead of you.
