Zero stars for this waiting room....this got to be the worst Royal bank in Alberta. I advise everyone to go do their banking at another branch!!!!!!!
It's unbelievable that I had to wait for over 45 minutes to be assisted in the brunch it looks like all employees except one or two are on strike Especially when I need to access my safe box or unable to do virtually Please hire more people who can help customers accordingly
The literal worst banking experience I have had. I watched multiple employees walk to and from the break room during the busy rush. Only 2 tills were open and the line up took over an hour to just see the clerks. The staff were unhelpful and would rather avoid eye contact than do their job. I am never coming to this bank ever again.
