Tried to open up business account at the location in Bouctouche New Brunswick the person that we dealt with I don’t know his name, but he Was not very friendly he yelled at my brother and when we decided to leave, he told us not to come back. This is not the way you treat customers.
Few notable experiences with employees from this branch. 1: Mathieu vallee brief chat because the branch asked me to speak with an advisor, I accepted because why not.. when I refused to transfer all of my money from another bank with almost no rhyme or reason he gets snippy and questions why, no beneficial return not worth my time. Had a fraudulent charge where I was forced to go into the branch to unlock my online banking, staff had no idea what to do and told me to call RBC to solve, again not worth my time.
