Finally after fighting with AI to speak to a human in Bouctouche, it transfers me to their call center. Then after explaining i need to speak to someone in Bouctouche, she transfers me to the branch and then the voicemail kicks in saying you can't leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full.
By far the worst service I’ve ever received by Pierre Arsenault 3 weeks waiting for a simple call back for a mortgage don’t recommend this person at all
Tried to open up business account at the location in Bouctouche New Brunswick the person that we dealt with I don’t know his name, but he Was not very friendly he yelled at my brother and when we decided to leave, he told us not to come back. This is not the way you treat customers.
