This bank suck as dobthe staff
Once I'm in the door, everything is great. The people are helpful and knowledgeable. However, I would give negative stars if I could because it is impossible to phone the branch. You get a "digital assistant" that can't connect you to a real person.
Love my small town RBC. The staff here is second to none.
