Great service and knowledgeable staff
Like everyone, going to the bank is not something I look forward to. In recent months, I have been using the RBC branch on 91 St and 52 Ave in Edmonton. Every time I was greeted warmly and they took care of my baking needs quickly and in a friendly manner. Today, I was there to resolve a few issues I worked with Dilshad. She resolves a few issues I have been dealing with for months within an hour. Also, they were very kind to my mom. Thank you, Daisy, for assisting her.
This branch has probably the best employees ive seen in Alberta yet! Geraldine and Diana helped me out with patience security and many things a business might night in eventuality with wires to other countries. Great service !!!!!
