This branch has probably the best employees ive seen in Alberta yet! Geraldine and Diana helped me out with patience security and many things a business might night in eventuality with wires to other countries. Great service !!!!!

Went in for general information about loans for school, needed co sign so i brought my mother, we didn't qualify and the associate we were with told my mother "well atleast you know now you won't be able to help your son" and that made my mother cry and me furious. Horrible experience with this bank, very unclear with the information being given to us and just overall rude
