Very disappointing experience at RBC today. I visited the branch to deposit a cheque into my client’s RBC account. The cheque was issued from my real estate brokerage’s trust account, and I have completed similar deposits many times at RBC and other financial institutions. The employee refused to accept the deposit, stating that third-party deposits were not permitted. RBC associate named Prashanth Shankarnarayan Thachapully was really helpful. He guided me through my whole journey and advised best way possible. I did went few branches but this associate was one of the kindest. I would go to him for my each and every small process related to the bank. I would also recommend to the ones who lives in Brampton or nearby, please go to this person if you are having anything regarding trouble.
Worst customer service, all the time only 1-2 teller actually working, the others just walking around and wasting clients time, when I last time checked they should be working for us and give a better service and be more useful
