I booked a appointment to discuss my accounts but the advisor didn't bother to show up at first. When i asked for assistance, she came out just to inform she can't do anything and directed us to wait in line and ask us to get help from help desk. I don't understand what's the point of booking appointment ?? If you don't want to work, STAY HOME.
Prashanth is an excellent advisor and helped me in all my financial needs. He is patient and helpful and understands the need of the client and provides the advice. He helped me in opening my personal and business accounts and investment accounts. RBC has been the bank I have been dealing with since my initial days of Canada. RBC has helped me in all my financial needs and provided me with loans and advice as and when required.
Very Slow and no customer service skills whatsoever. Seems like they don't care.
Don’t go there if you have something to do. This bank always has a line up. Customer service is horrible. They take to long to assist. They can’t conduct basic banking needs.
