Zero stars if I could. Everything is the biggest hassle at RBC and specifically this Branch. The assistance branch manager Rinchi is arrogant and does not understand the backing or a bank draft or certified check. Everything is going on auto hold in a small business account even when I do the same transactions over and over again with the same staff. I went to the branch with my mom to open our accounts. My mom had to sit there for a while as i had forgotten some documents at home. One of the employees was way too rude with her telling her that she should leave as they're closing at 330pm and i was already on my way back with the documents. When i came back to the branch Hima Sharma called and helped us. She was really kind and helpful, walked us through everything in detail.
