This bank is possibly one of the worst. Imagine waiting in line for 30 minutes and looking in one of the offices and you see someone just scrolling on their phone. The service here is terrible, if I could give 0 stars I would.
A very long wait time just to get basic banking done. They never have enough tellers to help their customers.
Had a appointment with Hima . She explained everything so good . Overall a good experience ! :)
I’m really disappointed to write this, but their customer service was awful. I waited in line for over 40 minutes, and the staff member served the person behind me first without acknowledging me. She seemed new or unsure, but overall, it was a terrible experience. I would suggest anyone avoid this location, you’ll just waste your time.
Long line ups. Poor customer service.
