Usually I don’t do bad reviews literally I had a bad experience with her!!! Harmanjot Kaur, she called me to confirm about appointment..she is so rude she didn’t say hello or hi directly asked why are you coming what the purpose and then are you still interested to come? If I book appointment then what that means?? Last time I went there and she was the one who is the financial advisor and never gave any advice?? You guys don’t know what’s customer service!!!!!!!!
Worst branch booked appointment 2 times with with Mary and Hina sharma and got confirmation emails for the appointments as well but when I contacted them on time of appointment they said your appointments were deleted automatically. RBC should open inquiries on these employees.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at RBC, and I feel compelled to share it. The branch manager, Prabakaran, demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. An error caused by misinformation from multiple tellers could have been easily resolved, yet instead of taking responsibility, he outright refused to help—despite admitting that he had the power to fix it.
