I went to the branch with my mom to open our accounts. My mom had to sit there for a while as i had forgotten some documents at home. One of the employees was way too rude with her telling her that she should leave as they're closing at 330pm and i was already on my way back with the documents. When i came back to the branch Hima Sharma called and helped us. She was really kind and helpful, walked us through everything in detail.
Worst customer service at a bank, terrible communication. Making some random claim that RBC does not provide deposit slips, a standard procedure that I do 1-3 times a week at many RBC locations across the GTA. Do not waste your time going to this location, bank manager is out to lunch, tellers are clueless
My overall experience is very good and especially Hima is very kind and helpful
Felt uncomfortable as a employee was actually acting weird and was kind of fighting with the customers. Later, I found out her name was 'Hima', her misbehavior was truly unacceptable.
